Okello Turris

I am staying at a place with free wifi this is brilliant i can upload this new fantroll ;v;

his name is okello turris and he is based off bell towers and bell makers

he is a slave to a highblood church and rings the bells for every sermon, he makes bells and the like and is often made to clean the church as well. he usually has a thick shackle around his foot that keeps him chained to the tower he lives in so he cant escape, he is kinda themed on Quasimodo and Rapunzel
